Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations initiated by the parent/guardian received in writing (including email) on or before May 15, 2023: Full refund of fees paid less and admin fee of $150 (plus HST) per camper, per week of camp.
Cancellations initiated by the parent/guardian, received in writing (including email) after May 15, 2023: NOT ELIGIBLE for refund, except for Medical Reasons accompanied by a doctor’s note.
Cancellation of your camp session initiated by Kemur Camp, public health, the government of Ontario, or other governing body prior to your arrival at camp and where we cannot accommodate you in another session that is acceptable to you: Full refund of fees paid less an admin fee of $150 (plus HST) per camper, per week of camp.
