Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Refund Policy

When your camper is accepted a Deposit of $500 per camper, per week is required. This includes a $300 per week (plus HST) non-refundable administration fee. This deposit cannot be applied to another child, family member or future summer.

  • January 15, 2026 full deposit ($500 plus HST) becomes non-refundable
  • Full camp fees are due by April 15, 2026
  • After April 15, 2026 and up to 30 days before the arrival date:
    You will forfeit 50% of the camp fees (plus HST).
  • Within 30 days of the arrival date:
    You will forfeit 100% of the total camp fees (plus HST), *unless a valid medical note is provided.

*Medical Cancellations:
With a valid doctor’s note (approved by Kemur), you will forfeit 50% of the camp fees (plus HST) per week.

Additional Notes:

  • This policy applies to all reasons for withdrawal, including scheduling conflicts (e.g., family travel, sports tournaments, travel restrictions, summer school, etc.).
  • No fee adjustments will be made for late arrivals or early departures.
  • The cancellation policy remains in effect even if a waitlist exists.
