Camp Fee
Camp Fee $950 (including 13% HST)
Completed application and fees must be submitted together for application to be
processed. We accept cheques,Visa and MasterCard.
Payment Options
Credit Card Option: A deposit of $475 per reservation is charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking. Full and final payment is due May 1 and is automatically charged to the credit card on file at that time. Total camp fee can be charged to credit card at time of booking.
Cheque Option: A deposit cheque of $475, plus a May 1 post dated cheque in the amount of $475 must be provided per reservation at time of booking. Total camp fee can be paid at time of booking. Reservations that are booked after May 1 are charged full and final payment at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
- If cancellation is made prior to May 1 fees will be refunded, less a $25 administration charge.
- Cancellations made after May 1 are subject to forfeiture of full payment.
- There is no refund or reduction in camp fees for campers leaving early or arriving late.
- A service fee of $45 will be charged for all dishonoured cheques.
- Confirmation of receipt will be sent via email.

NEW! All campers are required to bring their own riding helmet and proper footwear.
