Established in 1969 by Keith and Chris Murray, Kemur continues to operate as a family with their daughters Lee and Erin. Both holders of Bachelor Degrees in Recreation and Leisure, Lee and Erin act as Riding and Program Directors.

At Kemur, our enthusiastic and fun loving counselors ensure campers have an unforgettable experience. All counselors are positive role models and many have been a part of the Kemur family since they were campers. Passing on the Kemur tradition of the love of horses and making new friends is important each and every year. With only 55 girls ages 7-14 staying with us each week, we really enjoy getting to know each and everyone.
